We’re really excited to announce that Uniq Recycling has been awarded the Top Waste Management Company of the Year for the West Midlands area. This award comes from Corporate Live Wire & LTG’s regional awards and shines a light on our hard work towards sustainability and top-notch service in handling waste.
A Look at Our Achievement – Top Waste Management Company
For more than 16 years, these awards have been giving a shout-out to businesses making big moves, both in the UK and around the world. Starting in 2018, they began also giving props to smaller, local businesses that are doing great things in their own backyards. We’re super happy to be recognized among these businesses for our great service, sticking to our main values, and the good things people have to say about us.
Getting this award is a big deal for us. It shows that our effort in waste management and trying to be as green as possible is really making waves. And it’s not just about getting a pat on the back—it motivates us to keep going and see how much more we can do in this field.
Big Thanks All Around
None of this would be possible without our amazing team, the community around us, and our customers. This award is as much yours as it is ours. It pushes us to keep trying new things and improving our services, all while keeping an eye on how we can help the environment even more.
Hayley Shorthouse, MD of Uniq Recycling, shared her thoughts: “Winning this award is a huge honour for us at Uniq Recycling. It’s a clear sign that our dedication to sustainable waste management is having a real impact. I’m incredibly proud of our team for all their hard work and grateful for the support from our community and customers. This recognition fuels our drive to push further in our sustainability goals.”
So, a massive thank you to everyone who’s been with us on this ride. Your support means the world to us, and together, we’re making a real difference in how waste is managed. We’re excited to see what the future holds and how we can keep making things better for our planet.
Let’s keep the momentum going and see how much more of a positive impact we can make. Here’s to continuing our work in making the West Midlands—and hopefully beyond—a greener place.
